What We Do (and What We Don't)

Ken AI handles your entire cold email outreach process - from list building and email writing to technical infrastructure and delivery.

Our work stops when a prospect takes action. As soon as someone replies to your email or clicks a link, they're ready for you. At that point, the conversation moves to your team. You can find detailed guidance on managing these handoffs in our other help center articles.

We can advise on follow-up strategies and next steps, but we don't execute sales conversations or demo bookings. Our job is to fill your pipeline with warm, interested prospects. Your job is to close them.

Timeline: The First 60 Days

You won't see meaningful results for the first 45-60 days. Here's why:

Month 1: Setup and Onboarding (30 days)

This first month is dedicated to building your foundation. We're setting up your email infrastructure, warming up domains, building your prospect list, crafting your campaigns, and training our AI on your brand voice. During this period, expect no results - we haven't launched yet.

Weeks 5-9: The Slow Ramp-Up

Even after we launch your campaign, the first 2+ weeks will feel quiet. This is completely normal:

  • Campaign volume ramps up gradually to protect deliverability

  • Prospects take time to open emails and respond

  • Follow-ups (which drive 60%+ of results) haven't been sent yet

  • Even when meetings are booked, they're often scheduled days or weeks out

  • We're testing different approaches to find what works best

Month 3-4: Results Start Building

This is when momentum picks up. Follow-ups are in full swing, we've optimized based on early data, and your pipeline starts filling consistently.

Month 5-6: Peak Performance

The best results come after month 4. By months 5-6, results stabilize and plateau at their optimal level. This is where the real ROI shows up.

How We Launch and Iterate

We launch one new campaign per month. Each campaign gets careful attention - research, writing, testing, and optimization.

Once a campaign is live, we generally can't make changes until the next monthly campaign. We can run A/B tests within the same month, but any modifications take time to implement properly.

If something urgent comes up - like a major deliverability issue or a critical error - we can pause the campaign and fix it. But we strongly prefer to solve everything before launch. Our priority is always sending good emails rather than rushing to send a lot of them.

Testing and Optimization

In cold email, not everything works on the first try. We test different approaches, messaging angles, and personalization strategies to find what resonates with your audience.

Some tests won't perform as well as others. That's expected and valuable - it tells us what to double down on and what to move away from.

How We Communicate

Scheduled touchpoints:

  • One onboarding call to kick things off

  • Monthly check-in calls to review performance and strategy

Between calls:

If you don't hear much from us between check-ins, that's actually a good sign. It means we're heads-down working on your campaigns and everything is running smoothly.

When you need us:

If you email us with questions or concerns, we'll respond the same day or within 24 hours. You can always reach out - we're here to help.

For urgent issues:

Use the chat button in this help center or email us directly. We typically respond within 3 hours during business hours.

Working Together for Success

Good input = good output. The best results come from true collaboration.

Please give us the resources we need to succeed:

  • Transparent communication about your product and ideal customers

  • Access to case studies, testimonials, or results you've achieved

  • Feedback on messaging and positioning

  • Honest updates if your strategy or focus changes

We want to work together and win together.

One Important Reality Check

Ken AI amplifies what's already working. We can't save a struggling business or create demand where none exists.

Product-market fit remains the most crucial factor for campaign success. If you have a product people want and you're already closing deals (just not enough of them), we'll help you scale. If you're still figuring out your core offer or ideal customer, outreach alone won't solve that.

This isn't meant to discourage you - it's meant to set realistic expectations so we can build a genuine partnership.
