Every Ken AI client has a dedicated 30-minute meeting with our founder, Cristian Frunze, each month. These meetings are your opportunity to review campaign performance, discuss strategy, and get direct access to the expertise that powers your outreach.

When Do These Meetings Happen?

Your monthly check-in is scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday during the second week of every month.

If you don't see this meeting on your calendar, please reach out to [email protected] to get it scheduled.

What Happens During the Meeting?

Each check-in follows a simple structure:

Campaign Review & Reporting

Cristian presents a comprehensive report that covers:

  • What we accomplished in the previous month

  • How your current campaign is performing

  • Changes we're planning to implement going forward

Q&A and Open Discussion

You can ask any questions about your campaign, results, or strategy. This is also a great time to discuss any challenges you're facing or goals you want to prioritize.

Consulting Time

Beyond cold email, you can use this time to get Cristian's input on other topics he's qualified to speak about - think of it as bonus consulting time with your meeting.

What to Expect in Your First Few Meetings

It typically takes 2 to 3 months of data before these meetings become highly data-driven and strategic.

Your first couple of check-ins will focus more on setup, initial observations, and getting aligned on goals. Don't worry if there isn't a lot of performance data to review yet - this is completely normal.

Need to Meet Outside Your Regular Schedule?

If something comes up and you need extra help during the month, you can schedule an ad-hoc meeting. Simply email [email protected] directly to request additional time.

I try to make myself as available as my schedule allows to ensure you're getting the support you need.
