Welcome to Ken AI! Your first step is to schedule your onboarding meeting with us. This initial conversation helps us understand your business and create a customized outreach strategy that delivers results.
Step 1: Schedule Your Meeting
You'll typically meet with our founder or a senior team member who will spend about an hour learning about your business and mapping out your campaign strategy.
Step 2: Decide Who Should Attend
The onboarding meeting works best when attended by someone who has deep knowledge of your business strategy and sales process. This is typically:
CEO or Founder
VP of Sales
VP of Marketing
Head of Growth
You're welcome to bring multiple stakeholders, but at least one person with decision-making authority should be present.
Step 3: Prepare for the Meeting (Optional but Helpful)
While you don't need to prepare extensively, having answers to the following questions will help us hit the ground running. If you don't have all this information readily available, that's okay - we'll work through it together during the call.
About Your Business
What's your overall business strategy? Where are you headed in the next 12-24 months?
What product or service do you offer? What problem does it solve?
Who is your target audience? Be as specific as possible about who you sell to.
What makes you different? What's your unique value proposition and key benefits?
Who are your main competitors? How do you position against them?
Your Sales Data
If you have these metrics available, they'll help us set realistic goals and benchmarks:
What's your Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)?
What are your typical meeting-to-customer conversion rates?
What's your Average Contract Value (ACV)?
Your Current Marketing Approach
What marketing and sales channels are you currently using? (e.g., paid ads, content, partnerships)
What does your sales funnel look like? How do prospects typically move through your process?
Have you done outbound outreach before? If so, what worked and what didn't?
Your Marketing Assets
Let us know what materials you already have that we can leverage:
Lead magnets - Do you have ebooks, guides, templates, or other downloadable resources?
Marketing and sales assets - Decks, one-pagers, product demos, etc.
Case studies - Success stories or testimonials from existing customers
