Accessing and Using Your Ken AI Hub
A complete guide to viewing your campaign documents, understanding your data, and navigating your personalized client hub.
What is the Ken AI Hub?
The Ken AI Hub is your centralized document where all your campaign information lives. This is your go-to place for accessing email copy, strategy reports, contact lists, and campaign updates.
We back up everything here, so you can always find the latest information about your campaigns in one convenient location.
How to Access Your Hub
Check your onboarding emails for your personalized URL.
Your URL will look like this: www.getken.ai/project/company-name (where "company-name" is your actual company name).
Open that URL in your browser - you're in!
What You'll Find in Your Hub
Your Ken AI Hub contains:
Email copy for all your campaigns
Strategy reports and recommendations
Contact lists and audience information
Real-time campaign updates and latest data
Billing information (if you paid through Stripe)
Can't see all your pages?
If you only see one page when you open your Hub, look for a button to open the left sidebar. This sidebar shows all your available pages and campaigns.
Can't find the sidebar button? No problem - reach out to your dedicated success manager or contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you out.
Understanding permissions
Everyone on your team can view the Hub, but here's what you need to know about permissions:
View-only access - You can read and review everything
No editing - You cannot add or change content
No commenting - Comments are disabled
Shareable - You can share the link with anyone on your team and they'll be able to access it
Understanding Campaign Names
Each campaign in your Hub has a specific naming structure. Here's how to read it:
Campaign naming format
Campaign 1.1, Audience, Month, Contact Size
What each part means
Campaign Number (e.g., "1") - This indicates which cycle we're in. If it's our first month working together, this will be "1". The second month will be "2", and so on.
Version Number (e.g., ".1") - This shows which version of copy we're using. We might test three different copies for a campaign, so you'll see 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc.
Audience - This describes the type of people we're targeting (e.g., "SaaS CEOs" or "Marketing Directors").
Month - This is the month when the campaign will go out.
Contact Size - This shows how many contacts are included in that specific campaign.
Example
"Campaign 2.3, SaaS Founders, October, 5000" means:
We're in our second month of sending together (Campaign 2)
This is the third test we're sending (.3)
We're targeting SaaS Founders
The campaign launches in October
We're reaching 5,000 contacts
Accessing Your Billing Information
If you paid through Stripe, you'll find a billing link on the home page of your Hub.
Click that link to download all your invoices anytime you need them.
