Every successful email campaign with Ken AI is built on four essential parts that work together seamlessly. Understanding how these components work will help you see why our process delivers results while protecting your brand.

1. Email Infrastructure

Your email infrastructure is made up of two main components: domains and inboxes.

Domains

All of these domains are redirected to your primary domain name, so your brand stays protected.

Inboxes

We create email inboxes for you using our own email servers. In some cases, we may also use multiple email providers to optimize your sending capacity and to have a back-up. We handle all the technical setup so you don't have to worry about any of this.

We can only have one person's name per domain, and we create 3-100 inboxes with that name for that domain. Depending on the number of inboxes we create with the same name, sometimes the inboxes themselves might appear strange (for example [email protected]).


2. Contact List

Your contact list includes all the data we collect about each person: their LinkedIn information, email address, and AI-generated personalization content.

How We Build Your List

We follow a detailed 9-step process to ensure you're reaching the right people:

  1. Initial data collection - We start with data from LinkedIn, Apollo, your CSV lists, or other sources

  2. Deduplication and data cleaning - We remove duplicates and clean up the data

  3. Data enrichment - We add website information, LinkedIn details, and other publicly available information

  4. AI-powered qualification - Our AI checks if each person fits your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  5. Email discovery - We find valid email addresses for qualified contacts

  6. Email validation - We verify that each email address is deliverable

  7. AI personalization - We generate unique personalization for each contact

  8. AI quality check - We ensure the personalization meets our quality standards

  9. Final list preparation - Your list is ready to launch

Important: Why List Sizes Decrease

Here's something critical to understand: each step in this process reduces the number of contacts that move forward.

If you start with 100,000 people, we'll remove contacts who:

  • Don't have websites

  • Don't have LinkedIn profiles

  • Aren't qualified for your ICP

  • Don't have discoverable emails

  • Have invalid or unverifiable emails

3. The Message

Your email copy is crafted by our team of professional copywriters.
