Getting Started
When you start with Ken AI, you'll receive an email invitation to join your Ken Send workspace. The invite will look like the example below - simply click the "Accept Invite" button, and you're all set!
Your workspace is already configured and ready to use.
Can't Find Your Invitation?
If you don't see the invite email in your inbox:
Check your spam or promotions folder
Contact us to resend the invitation - use the chat button in this help center or send us an email
Adding Team Members
You can add unlimited team members to your Ken Send workspace at no additional cost.
To add team members, just let us know:
How many users you'd like to add
Which email addresses to send the invitations to
Contact us through the chat button or via email with this information.
Understanding User Permissions
Ken Send offers two permission levels:
Editor (Default)
Full access to view and edit campaigns
Can manage all aspects of your outreach
This is the default permission for all new team members
Assistant
View-only access to campaigns
Can reply to emails, but cannot edit campaigns
Perfect for assistants who focus on responding to inbound replies
All team members receive Editor permissions by default. If you'd like to change someone to Assistant permissions, just reach out to us and we'll make the adjustment.
