Getting Started

For detailed instructions on using Unibox, we recommend starting with Instantly's official guide:

Below, we'll share some practical tips to help you reply to emails efficiently.

Replying to Emails

Replying in Unibox is straightforward - just like using any other email application.

To reply to an email:

  1. Click on any email in your inbox to open it

  2. Use the email composer at the bottom to write your response

  3. Click "Send" when you're ready

That's it! Your reply will be sent directly from your connected email account.

Filtering Your Inbox

One of Unibox's most powerful features is the ability to filter emails by status and campaign. This helps you focus on the leads that matter most.

Filter by lead status:

  • Click on any status in the left sidebar (Interested, Lead, Meeting booked, etc.)

  • Click "More" to see additional statuses like Out of office, Wrong person, Not interested, or Lost

  • This shows you only emails matching that specific status

Filter for unread emails:

  • Expand the "More" section in the left sidebar

  • Click "Unread only" to see only emails you haven't opened yet

Filter by campaign:

  • Click "All Campaigns" in the left sidebar

  • Select a specific campaign to see only emails from that campaign

Using the AI Reply Assistant

Instantly includes an AI bot that can help draft replies for you. However, we recommend using it with caution - the quality can be inconsistent, and personalized responses typically get better results.

If you do use it, always review and edit the AI-generated response before sending.

Helpful Features

Set Reminders

Never forget to follow up with a lead:

  1. When composing a reply, look for the reminder option below the composer

  2. Check the box and set conditions like "If no reply in 1 week, then remind me to follow-up"

  3. You'll get a notification if they don't respond

Use Formatting

Make your emails more readable with the formatting toolbar:

  • Bold, italic, and underline text

  • Add links and images

  • Adjust font size

  • Insert lists and other formatting elements

Save Reply Macros

Create templates for common responses to save time:

  1. Write a response you use frequently

  2. Save it as a Reply Macro

  3. Insert the template whenever you need it with just a few clicks

This is especially useful for qualifying questions, meeting confirmations, or other repetitive replies.
